1. If we take a Bar Tab with a minimum of IDR 20,000,000 and the actual consumption on the event day is less than this amount, is the remaining balance refundable?

No, the unused balance is not refundable. Any remaining amount from the Bar Tab can be converted into bottle purchases from us, but cannot be refunded in cash/transfer.

2. If there is remaining Bar Tab balance, can it be exchanged for bottles?

Yes. Any remaining Bar Tab amount may be used to purchase bottles from us. These bottles cannot be refunded, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened.

3. Can additional bottles be refunded if they are not opened?

No. All bottles purchased are non-refundable, whether opened or unopened. Additional bottle purchases must be paid in full before being ordered.

4. For the Bar Tab program, are we charged per drink or per bottle opened?

For the Bar Tab program, charges are applied per drink / per serving, not per bottle opened.

5. What does “any purchased bottle can’t be returned” mean? When is a bottle considered “purchased”?

A bottle is considered purchased once it has been ordered and fully paid in advance, not when it is opened.

For example :

• If you pre-order additional bottles (e.g. champagne, tequila, whiskey) on top of the bar menu, these bottles must be paid 100% in advance.
• Whether the bottle is opened or unopened at the end of the event, it cannot be returned.
• The bottle will be fully yours.

For drinks listed on the bar menu :

• You are charged per serving.
• Any unused stocks from these menu items will be taken back by us.

6. Who monitors and tracks the Bar Tab spending during the event?

The bartenders will keep track of the bar tab spending. And usually a team member from your wedding coordinators also will be in charge to keep track of the spending to keep you updated from time to time.

7. How many bar setups are provided?

• One (1) bar setup is included for every 100 guests.
• If you require two (2) bar setups, this will be subject to an additional charge.

8. How is the corkage fee applied?

• Corkage fee does not apply for Bar Service Only.
• No corkage fee applies for bottles purchased directly from us.
• Corkage fees only apply if you bring outside bottles(not purchased from us).

9. Are alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks served at the same bar?

Yes. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be served from the same bar setup.

10. What is the policy on shots of free flow packages?

Shots are not allowed. You may purchase separate bottle for the shots.

11. Would it be possible to have customized cocktails if we provide our own spirits?

Yes, can do. There will just be a price adjustment based on the requests.

12. Are simple garnishes included?

Yes, this includes lemon & lime wedges, mint leaves, orange slices, salt, and cucumber.

13. Is the water used tap water or mineral water?

We use mineral water supplied in gallon bottles (large jugs).

14. May we confirm whether the bar menu is included in the setup?

We provide a simple menu print out for the bar, but if you want to customize, usually it comes from your decor team as an upgrade/add-on.

15. Can you serve at any venue?

We can only serve at venues that allow external bar services. Any entrance or event fees are borne by the client.
